Why Become a member:
The NKBPA was established by a core group of local business professionals who had a passion for improving the North Knoxville community. Since 2004 the organization has grown to a membership of over 120 businesses and professional organizations directed by a deeply involved Board of Directors. We welcome new members and we support positive growth, relationships, and interaction in our business community. NKBPA provides scholarships and support to the students and teachers of Fulton High School in partnership with the Fulton High School Alumni Association.
In addition, small donations are given to help support local non-profit organizations serving the diverse North Knoxville population. Some of those non-profits are the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley, John T. O’Connor Senior Center, Volunteer Ministry Center, Fulton High Secret Santa program, The Manor at Northgate, Emerald Youth Foundation and many, many others. Each year we award a Business of the Year and a Non-Profit of the Year.
